Seeking female roommate to rent room (2BR apt, College Ave)

Hi,

I'm looking to sublease one room in my 2-bedroom (~1000 sf) apartment on College Ave to a female roommate beginning on June 1st. Furnishing is optional. The room itself is 12' x 12' with a closet along one of the walls and a large window with a nice view of College Ave. We would be sharing the bathroom. The laundry room is conveniently located in the same building (right next to this unit, in fact).

The apartment is about two blocks from California Ave's restaurants, grocery stores, Caltrain station, and Stanford Marguerite's bus stops. Many of the residents on our street are Stanford graduate students, employees, or alumni, as the location is ideal for a short bike or bus ride to campus.

I'm looking for a roommate who:
(1) is neat and very clean, responsible, respectful, and kind,
(2) doesn't do drugs of any sort, and
(3) would not have overnight guests.

I should note that I'm hoping to find a longer-term roommate (e.g. someone who would like to stay for a full year instead of only a few months).

The rent is $1600/month with an equivalent, upfront security deposit.
