I am a female PhD student at Stanford seeking for a furnished room in a shared space (apartment or house) from September. I would like a place that I can stay for at least a year with the possibility to renew the lease after a year or continue month to month. The location of the apartment/house should be close to a bus stop since I do not drive/bike.
About me
I am tidy, easy going and respectful of shared spaces. I like to relax at home, cook on the weekends or hangout with friends during my free time. I prefer a pet free and smoke free home.
Housing details
My move in date is September 11th but I can be flexible around it. My budget is <$1800 including utilities. I do not mind if people living in the space are of mixed gender and I am open to share bathroom but preferably with only female identifying person.
