Welcome to the Yellow House!

We are a supportive family trying to grow with new members! We have been working on a complete remodeling of this fixer-upper house and adding pride to this fixer-upper neighborhood. We are now ready to fill it up with great people! We strive to keep this place warm and welcoming. We are centrally located in the Silicon Valley with easy lines to Facebook, Google, Stanford, 101, & 84! We love our location and the climate always feels perfect! It's great for internships, foreigners, people who want to spend less on rent!

We think that a great house culture starts with great people. We strive to have fun together, to foster positive and creative energy, to be there for each other, and to help each other with our various endeavors and pursuits. We hope that even a short stay in our home will be valuable above and beyond the eat/sleep/work space it provides.

• Modern and super spacious kitchen with new dishwasher and fridge.

The first month's rent, and a security deposit of 1.5 month's rent is due when you sign our rental agreement.
