Seeking roommate for awesome apartment in downtown Sunnyvale

I moved up the peninsula to be closer to work and am looking for replacement roommate in our 1st floor 3-bedroom 3-bathroom apartment by downtown Sunnyvale. Your bedroom would be a 11'10'' by 12'10'' that can fit a desk and queen sized bed (furniture in the picture has been removed, the bedroom will be empty upon move-in) and have it's own bathroom and a decent sized walk-through closet. The apartment has a spacious living room with in-unit washer/dryer and a balcony overlooking the complex's pool. The complex is a 5 min walk to downtown Sunnyvale (Saturday farmer's market!) and to the Sunnyvale Caltrain station (10-20 min train to Palo Alto station), and about about a 25-35 min drive to Stanford.

Current roommates are software engineers, one male and one female.

Rent is $1502, utilities are typically another $50-80 a month per person, and a parking space (if you need one) would be $25 a month. There is also a $300 security deposit and an application fee for applying to the complex's parent company for the apartment.

The room is available right now with the lease going until 6/5/2018.

No drugs/smoking/pets.
