Seeking Roommate in 2b 2b Apartment in Adams Point

Room available for 2 year sublease (1 year min, 2 year max).

My partner is attending a 2 year school program in the South Bay (they will often be back on weekends to visit) and we are subleasing one bedroom in our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. My room has a private bathroom, you will essentially have your own personal full bathroom, but just note that it is also the guest bathroom when guests come over. While we want you to feel at home in this space, our intention is to keep the home as is- though the room is yours to customize.

-Room is unfurnished.

-Near Adams Point (2-3 blocks from the lake)

-West facing window, so gets a great sunset view and lots of light. Big walk in closet.

• Street parking is mostly very great- though sometimes you might have to drive a few blocks to find a spot.

More about the space: We adhere to a true shoes off policy. Lots of light, space, and (mostly) quiet surroundings. Peaceful balcony that is nice to chill on. Shared space surfaces are kept clear of clutter and seeking someone who can help me keep this up. No pets, and we sadly cannot have pets in the apartment. Again, living room and kitchen is fully furnished and we intend on keeping the space set up as is.

Seeking: a roommate of a similar age who is quiet, clean and considerate, more on the introverted side and excited about cultivating a space that feels like a safe landing place to rest and recharge in. Open communicator, independent, knows how to work through conflict.

I'm a BIPOC, Immigrant Queer Femme (INFP) and Pisces artist 38 y/o. I am introverted and generally maintain my own solitude, though open to getting to know each other over time. I'm very into respecting other people's solitude and quiet as well.
