I'm a fifth year looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment in Soma, Financial District, Nob Hill, or Pac Heights.
I'm looking for apartments in the $4,000 to $5,000 range (so we'd split that cost between us). Winter + Spring quarters at first, but potentially longer.
