- Quiet, clean, and respectful of the apartment. Must be able to pay the rent on time without hassle and do household chores as needed.
- Interested in social gatherings, cooking together, watching movies, etc.
- Works a normal schedule, with quiet hours from 11pm to 8am on weekdays.
- Pets not allowed per property rules, infrequent overnight guests acceptable with permission
