- 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom with washer/dryer in unit (each bedroom has a bathroom attached to it, with a 4th half bath on the 1st floor off the kitchen)
- Master bedroom (with walk-in closet and large en suite bathroom with jucuzzi tub + shower) is available Jan 1st
- Master bedroom is currently unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished
- Porch in the backyard with a grill
- There is also a large storage unit for the apartment within the complex
- Ample street parking with no restrictions
- Courtyard with flower beds maintained by home-owner association
- Gated community is mostly occupied by young professionals; quiet and respectful neighbors
- Monthly rent for master bedroom: $1500/month
- PG&E and internet are not included in the rent amount
- The security deposit is ~1.5x monthly rent
