Selling Brand New iPad 4 (black, 16GB) -- Still in Packaging

Won this iPad, but I already have one so looking to sell it. Price on Amazon is $475 (see link at bottom), but willing to sell for $450. You won't find a price point on apple.com because Apple recently announced iPad Air and so they stopped selling iPad 4.
