Selling Commuter bike with security package - $250 (originally $400+)

I'm selling my old commuter bike. I had it for more than 5 years, and it was perfect for getting around campus, but I don't need it anymore.

It's a KHS Urban X-Press:

• Small frame - 16 inches (I'm 5'7" for reference)
• 24 gears
• New reflective tires - 27"
• Fenders (for rainy days)
• Basket
• Security bolts on the wheels
