Selling my Texas house

Let me know if you are looking for your first investment property. I no longer live and work in the US, so cannot afford the mortgage and property tax payments. In addition, due to living out of the country, it is very difficult for me to monitor property managers.

I am selling my house in Valley Ranch, Irving, Texas at around the same price I bought if for 2 years ago, in much better condition now.

I installed a brand new patio deck, as well as rebuilt all the plumbing in the house, as well as reinstalled the foundation at the back. There is lifetime foundation warranty for both the front and the back of the house.
