The house is located near Fremont High School and is close to Safeway, Trader Joe's and a lot of restaurants. It's a 2-story house with a backyard and a swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen, Washer/Dryer in unit and Dishwasher available. No pets allowed. Plenty of parking plus garage available.

The master bedroom has exclusive access to a bathroom that is not shared. The 3 other roommates are all in their 20s and work in tech.

Target move in date is mid-May to end of July. However, if you want to extend the lease, you can take over now with security deposit of $1200. If interested, contact me with some information about you and we can set up a time for a viewing of the house.
