These are Active Noise Cancelling headphones that are awesome for traveling or even working in a noisy office. Bought for 350 new a couple years ago, but very lightly used, well taken care of, and are still in excellent condition. I just changed the ear pads a couple weeks ago, but want to switch to a Bluetooth version because of the iPhone 7. Comes with almost brand new carrying case.
