Hello! Looking for someone to sublet my light-filled room in a South Berkeley house for Sept-October with the option to extend. It’s $1000/month, and you would be sharing the kitchen/living room/bathroom with two lovely roommates, all in late 20s/early 30s.

The room opens to a huge wrap-around porch and the backyard. Walking distance to Ashby BART and 3 min walk to Berkeley Bowl. Amazing big bath!

Pets are not able to be accommodated; two sweet cats upstairs and 1 dog in a backyard unit on the property. Parking spot in driveway available.
