Several rooms for rent in the cutest house in downtown Palo Alto

Hi everyone!

There are 4 rooms available in cutest house in downtown Palo Alto. It really is the cutest house (we have 2 palm trees in the garden) in the perfect location (one block from University Ave). The house is completely furnished so no worries about logistics. It has a garden, a big kitchen, dining room, two social areas and there are office set-ups all throughout the house (this really helps when you're working from home). We also have off-street carport parking.

These rooms are available:

1. $1340: Downstairs, small room, fits a queen sized bed. There's no room for a desk, so you have your own office set up elsewhere in the house.

2. $1440 Downstairs, average room, fits a queen sized bed and a desk.

The two downstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom that's also located downstairs.

1. $1890: Upstairs, Large room. Ample of room for all your stuff.

Shares the upstairs bathroom with one other person (me :)).

1. $2140: Upstairs. Master bedroom. Ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet.

The utilities are $150 (this includes wifi)

You would be sharing the house with me, one of the tenants. I absolutely love living here and hope to find people who love this house as much as I do.
