SF apartment in Haight, looking for 3rd roommate, available ASAP

Looking for an apartment or know someone who is? Our 3rd roommate is sadly moving out and we are looking for someone new to add to our happy home!

A quick rundown of the details:

The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 baths located at Oak and Ashbury. The place has a huge open floor plan, is completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors and stellar views out over the Panhandle.
The room:
Rent: $1431/month per person + utilities/internet/cable (Google reimburses us for the internet, so we save a wee bit there).
Spacious bedroom (easily fits a queen bed, w/dresser and desk, etc), with a nice high ceiling and big windows that face out to Ashbury street. And the closet is enormous by SF standards, with big ol’ double-door mirrors so you can check yourself out all the time.
Unfurnished (although the former resident is willing to sell her bed if you are interested; the rest of the apartment is furnished)

We are looking for a lovely lady (sorry guys!) in her 20s to join us. You’ll be taking over the our roommate’s part of the lease through November 1, but we’d like someone who is looking to stay beyond that.

About us: Abby, 23, and Andrea, 24, are both Googlers (Abby works for Google.org and Andrea is on the PR team). We are friendly folks and want a roommate who feels like part of the fam. We like to chat about our day and enjoy roommate bonding over trashy TV (ok, Andrea enjoys the trashy TV, Abby sits there and makes fun of it, but bonding is bonding). We are both admittedly clean freaks and take good care of our apartment. We aren’t crazy partiers, but we aren’t psychopathic hermits either.
