We would be renewing the current lease around April 15th with new names, and the apartment is rent controlled. - Numerous ethnic restaurants and bars right outside your door; surrounded by 10 min or under walks to Divisadero, Hayes Valley, Mission, Haight (places like Three Twins ice cream, Black Sands, Maven, Nara, Nopalito, Toronado, Nickies, Danny Coyle's, Cafe du Soleil)
- CVS, Safeway, groceries all within 6 minutes walk
- Duboce Park and Alamo Square within 5 blocks
Transportation:
- Bus Lines (6, 7, 22) are immediately outside your door
