SF Mission apartment master bedroom

My roommates and I are looking for someone to move into the fourth room of our apartment in the Mission. The room is available April 1.

The apartment is a recently-renovated 4 bed / 2 bath about a block from the 16th St. Mission BART stop. It has a nice kitchen with new appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, a shared outdoor space in the back that's great for entertaining, and a general feeling of warmth, joy, and tidy-ness that we've been refining over the last couple of years. The room in question is the master bedroom. It's the biggest in the apartment, gets lots of natural light and privacy, and has a large closet. It is dope.

The apartment is currently occupied by one female Stanford PhD student, and a 26-year old guy who works in tech, and a 27-year old girl who works in the tech. The 2 ladies/2 gentlemen arrangement has worked really well for us up to this point, so ideally we'd like to find another guy to take the room. We enjoy cooking, yoga, art-making, rock climbing, skiing, backpacking, and cycling and are looking for a kindred spirit to share the space with us!
