SF Mission room available in 3BR/1BATH *FEMALES ONLY*

Hi,

I'm looking for a person to replace me in my SF mission apartment. The apartment is located on Mission/14th Street. The room is very large for SF standards (has a fireplace and all) and really nice.

The other 2 roommates are both females ages 23 and 24 and both work in banking in SF/Palo Alto. Since they both work long hours, the apartment is pretty empty doing the week and they also travel often during weekends. They are both super friendly and easy to get along with and clean.

Rent is $1,533 plus utilities (~$50). There is no garage BUT you can rent the neighbors' for $250 (which is a steal since other people on the street rent for $400-$500).

The apartment is super central, on the second floor, and has a laundry unit in the basement for 3 apartments.

Looking for ideal move in date: November 1st (or a few days beforehand). Lease time is flexible but a minimum of 6 months. (longer is better)
