• 2BR/1BA rent-controlled apartment on quiet street in the Castro
• Rent is $1518 per month
• October 1st start date
• 10-15 minute walk to Castro muni station, by bus lines
• Parking: there are two parking spots included in rent, street parking is easy
• Garbage disposal and dishwasher
• Laundry in building
• Pets and smoking not allowed per lease

Roommate:
I'm a recent female Stanford Law School grad, working at a law firm in the financial district. Work can be stressful with long hours, so I like having a calm apartment to come home to. Looking for a cool, chill roommate who fits well and wants to stay for a couple of years hopefully. I've lived with both male and female roommates and am open to either. My hobbies: yoga, indoor and outdoor rock climbing, guitar.
