$1,725
This is a bi-level, bright loft that has tons of natural sunlight, lots of space, and 2 bathrooms (yesss). It is in a great location in SoMa, but we face inward, so we're insulated from car noise. Instead, we have a mini-patio that looks out into a blissful garden. Nice.
I am leaving the apartment to move east to do medical rotations. I'm looking for someone to sublet from July 1 (flexible) - September 13. If there is mutual interest, my current roommates are looking into resigning with you (possible lower or at least same rent, possibly month to month).
Room Description:
$1725 + utilities (or best offer)
Located upstairs, by the master bedroom. It is about 9 feet x 8.5 feet in size. It is cozy, and has a straight rod to hang clothing. It has enough space to put a queen size bed and a desk.
Location is on Brannan st., close by the caltrain (ideal for commuting when we can do that again) and pinterest office.
Furniture in the bedroom can be negotiated if you would like any of it to stay.
A bit about your potential roommates....
J (M, 31). From Boston, but is not a #masshole and super chill. Recently finished a Masters in Statistics in Palo Alto, and enjoying life back in the city. He's an ex-management consultant that is now a data scientist. Spends the weekdays unwinding in the common space or playing games in his room. On weekends, you'll catch him out and about exploring, but you can bet if it's a warm afternoon and he's home, he'll do a cat nap. Fun fact: he's a big fan of the Primitive Technology YouTube channel.
P (M, 30). From Vancouver, so yes, Canadian. Ex-management consultant that now runs a startup in FiDi. He works long hours during the weekdays, but when he's not traveling, he enjoys coming home and swapping stories. Weekends he is usually out catching up with friends, working out, and occasionally hosting a brisket dinner party (you'd be invited). Fun fact: he's volunteered for the last 3 Olympics.
We are currently working all working from home given the pandemic but normally work 9-5 ish in offices and spend weekends and evenings with friends, exploring the city, or hanging out. During shelter in place, we've explored baked goods (like everyone else our age), at-home workout videos, and ridiculous TV shows.
What we're looking for in a male or female roommate:
Happy to do a video tour, given the stay at home orders.
We're looking forward to meeting you!
