It's a 1.8M single family house with its own entrance, spacious front yard and back yard. You have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with another occupant. Remodeled kitchen and living rooms. The room and kitchen is fully equipped. Front yard: lots of parking space. Garage: enough space to store all of your things. Back yard: many many fruit trees.
<About you and your roommates>
Currently occupied by 2 Stanford PhD students. We spent most of the time in the offices and labs. We hope you are similarly students or young professionals, male, respectful, willing to keep rooms clean. You can have pets.
<About rent>
$1200/mo + shared utilities. Move-in now and dates flexible. Month-to-month lease okay, but >half-year preferred.
