The shared areas (living/dining room, kitchen, front entry) are partially furnished but bringing in additional furniture is also negotiable (depending on what's best for the space). Beautiful crown molding is set in the living room, making this truly is a nice place to call home. Covered parking space (tandem, one space in front of another) is also provided.
Rockridge BART is about 3 minutes away, equally as close to Monclair Village and the College Ave/Rockrdige shopping area. UC Berkeley is only 10 minutes away. The complex is nestled in the north Oakland hills, easily accessible from highway 24 and highway 13. There is a Transbay Express bus with direct service from the complex to San Francisco during the weekday commute hours.
Great rental in a great location. Rent is $1350/month plus half utilities (electricity and gas). Other utilities such as satellite tv, internet can be shared if they are later added to the home. First month's rent plus deposit of $1000 and $25 credit report fee to apply. I'm asking for a 6 month lease for now, but this could definitely be extended after initial lease period.
