Share 2bed/1bath in downtown Palo Alto

I am looking for a very clean, quiet, non-smoking female roommate to move into the other bedroom of my 2BR/1BA apartment in downtown Palo Alto (3 blocks from University Ave). The room is unfurnished, but all other rooms will be fully furnished. It's on the second (top) floor and rent is $1,550 per month + utilities (total rent is $3,100). There is a washer/dryer available on site, and 1 covered parking space. The apartment is 1,000 sq ft, has a private balcony, and gets a lot of sunlight. It's a spacious spot in a quiet neighborhood, but is still just a short walk from restaurants, Caltrain, Whole Foods, and the farmers market. I'm looking to fill this space by January 14th, but have some flexibility on move-in date. You will be signing a lease that ends Jan 31st, 2014.

A bit about me: I'm 25 F working in San Mateo at a tech company. I'm a very easy going and friendly roommate, but like things clean and tidy. In my free time, I like doing Pilates/Yoga, being outside, going out to restaurants/bars, going to the beach, and being with friends. I want our apartment to be a place where we can entertain friends, but please no crazy parties.
