Share 2br-1ba unit place in Redwood City starting 1/1/15, $900/month

With my roommate moving out at the end of December, I am looking for someone to share my 2 bedroom/1 bath unit in RWC. It's located near Oak and Hudson streets. It's the front unit of a triplex, with a nice small picket fenced front yard with fruit trees and lots of pots for gardening/planting, a decently sized kitchen, and in-house W/D. It's furnished, and a bed could be provided, if needed. It's a pretty comfortable place. Would be a good place for a grad student/postdoc/researcher, although that's not a requirement. The unit is probably about 750sf (not for sure), and the bedroom is about 12'x10'. There is a cat living in the house. I can send some pix if you are interested.

I ride my bike to Caltrain everyday (little over a mile or about 7-8min by bike) en route to Palo Alto. Pretty close to Whole Foods and two Safeways.

The rent share under my current lease (which goes until June or July) would be $900 + utilities (typically less than $50).

I'm an early 40s, single professional, and gender doesn't matter to me in terms of a roommate (e.g., my current roommate is a mid-20s female professional). But must be professional, employed, and responsible.
