Share a large room -move-between July 25 and August 1st. $380 per mont

You will share a large room with a San Jose State University student (male). Currently (i.e. there are two large queen beds in a large room). I am offering my portion of the room and closet for sublet. Apartment has a pool and laundry onsite.

Duration: Anytime between July 25th and August 1st move-in. You can sublet for however long you want but must find a replacement when you want to leave.

The house is a 2-bedroom; you will have 3 housemates.

Is there a security deposit? To move-in you will need $25 for the application and a deposit of the rent (which will be applied to your first months rent).

What is a room share : 2 beds in one room; the room is very large.

Who are the roommates?
Your roommate is a male, early 20s. He is a student in engineering at San Jose University. He is quiet and very nice. The other housemate has her own room; she is in her early 20s also. She is also a student and works. She identifies as LGBT. The last housemate is a soccer coach. There is a dining and a living room. He lives in the living room which is separated by a larger curtain. He is in his late 20s.

Are the dates flexible: The move in date is first week of August (or a little before.

Do I have to sign onto to the lease: Yes, but it is very easy to break the lease. You will just have to find someone to take your place on the lease. That person will have to pay $25 for an application for a background check. The application is not tedious and will most likely be approved.

Are we open to a commuter arrangement?
Sure. But you will still be responsible for$380 rent plus utilities. In addition, you would still be responsible for signing on to the lease and finding someone to take your place when you want to leave the lease.

Parking: on street parking but it is not always available. 2 roommates already have resident parking. There also may be some resident parking in the back.

Anything else I should know: This apartment is lgbt-friendly and 420 (cannabis) friendly. There is a pool in the complex and there is washer and dryer in the apartment complex.
