Shared apartment in San Francisco

My lovely housemate is moving out and I'm looking for someone new! Please share if you know anyone who might be interested.

1 Bedroom in a very charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the top floor of a rent controlled duplex located in the Inner Sunset. Amazing light during the day from the large windows and kitchen skylight. There's also a beautiful view of the ocean and the Marin Headlands from your bedroom and the kitchen. It's a gated building, with a washer/dryer in the garage (no coins necessary).

Easy to find street parking, 25 minute walk to UCSF, 5 minute walk to Golden Gate Park, 2 miles from Ocean Beach. Close to N-Judah, 28 , and other major bus lines. Very near grocery stores, restaurants.

I'm a busy UCSF student, but I also like to cook, read, watch TV and spend time outdoors. As a roommate, I'm pretty mellow, friendly, respectful, and clean.
Let me know and I can send more pics of the apartment/room once we've cleared up moving boxes.

Would prefer someone who:

• has a reliable source of $ to pay rent/bills on time
• who has a similar lifestyle to my own (not a party house)
• keeps our shared spaces neat/clean.

For April 1 move in with one year lease.
Rent is $1400, utilities run about $80-100.
