We are located in a gated community on California Ave next to the Caltrain and a 10-15 minute bike ride from Stanford.
The condo is next to several blocks of great restaurants and across the street from a grocery store.
The room and condo are fully furnished and housemates are very quiet, considerate and nice people.
Room is shared with one female student who is also a Stanford alum.

This is a great location and super affordable. Would highly recommend this if you're a visiting scholar or student who is staying for a short period of time and want to save a lot of money on transportation and furniture.

Rent is $925/month
Utilities ~$30/month
Amenities: in house laundry and dryer, cable, high speed Wifi, gated community, covered parking, stocked kitchen
Rental period: April/ late March -> End of June
