Welcome to our bright, cozy and comfortable house perfect for a couple or a small family. This is a one big bedroom house with a large living room a nice kitchen and a convenient bathroom with a hot tub. It also has a big grassy front yard with a basketball loop where you can enjoy the sun laying down on our chaise longs!
It is conveniently located near Stanford and California Station. You can either bike to Stanford or take the free Marguerite Shuttle Bus located at a 10 minutes’ walk distance.
The neighborhood is called Old Palo Alto and it’s a quiet residential area surrounded by nature. California Avenue is a 5 minutes’ walk distance where you can find plenty of restaurants and cafeterias. You will love the house and the location!
The house will be available from 19th of December until 7th of January. Our preference is to have someone the entire period (20 days/125$ per day) for a 2,500$ closed price. If you won’t stay the entire period the daily rate is 150$ with a 10 days minimum stay.
Please be clean, tidy and most importantly, courteous to the other homeowners in the neighborhood. No loud functions in the home, no smoking inside, and no pets. Treat the house as if it were your own; please do not engage in any illegal or disrespectful activity. Guests are required to submit government issued ID (passport/drivers license) following reservation confirmation and a 500$ deposit.
