We are young couple( work in tech) with crazy schedule. Please read availability carefully. If you only look for summers, it won’t work with us. Our rooms are ready to move in now.

We have 3 private bedrooms for short term rental only in a single family house.

Private Rooms:

1st master bedroom: ( pottery barn queen size bed and work station, night stand, walking in closet, Spacious bathroom, Spacious Shower. Great privacy. $550 weekly rate; $1980, monthly rate) Available: 4/4-5/4 only.

2nd private bedroom:( shared bathroom with another roommate; build in closet, queen size bed, desk, chair) available( 4/4-5/5) Only. $1600, monthly rent.

3rd private bedroom( shared bathroom with another roommate; build in closet, queen size bed, small truck table, smaller than 2nd bedroom). Available( 4/4-9/1) $ 1300, monthly rate. For this listing, we prefer someone can move in immediately. We can’t reserve this room for summers.

House:

The house is at the best location, 10 mins from Stanford and Palo Alto downtown, 5 mins from Mountain View downtown and only 2 mins away from Los Altos downtown.

Our house is at cul-de-sac and only a block away from bustling street. You can walk to have Chinese, Greek, Mexican, Japanese, Korean,vietnamese, german restaurants, grocery (Whole Food, Safeway, Sprouts, local produces etc), plus many nearby stores like Target, Walmart, CVS pharmacy, etc. 10 mins walking distance to cal train station (it will take you to SFO airport and San Francisco). Also, it is a pleasant walk and biking distance to 500 startups, Y Combinator, Google, Facebook Shuttle Bus is right at corner.
