Short-term rental in Washington, DC over winter: Dec 11 - Jan 20.

I'm subletting my cozy, recently renovated modern studio 2 blocks from Dupont Circle for the duration of December 11, 2014 - January 20, 2015. The place has convenient access to the Red, Blue, Silver and Orange line, and the circulator stops just outside the apartment, providing easy access to Georgetown and other areas of the city. I moved out to DC this year after finishing my studies in the Bay Area, and am currently a young professional with an international organization in DC. The studio would be a perfect place for people looking for a clean, safe environment to explore/settle into DC.

The rent is $70/night for short-term stays. The price is negotiable if staying for longer term.

5 minute walk to Dupont Circle metro stop (Red Line), and 10 minute to Foggy Bottom (Blue, Orange and Silver line--serving Dulles and Reagan airport) CVS, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's within 10 min walk. Various restaurants and cafes in a clean and safe neighborhood.

The spacious studio comes fully equipped with kitchen utensils, and all basic amenities. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are all inside the unit, and you will have wifi access.
