Single in 4br/2.5 ba house in East Palo Alto

We have a single bedroom available for rent in our 2 story house starting in September. The house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house and is located in East Palo Alto. The house is really large, the common areas are fully furnished, and conveniently located a couple miles from Facebook, a 15 minute drive from Stanford, and close to the 101 and the Dumbarton bridge. We have a large kitchen, 2 large living rooms, and a laundry room. You'll be sharing a bathroom with 1 female and 1 male. The room can fit a queen sized bed, desk, and other misc furniture. The room also has a walk in closet.

You'll be living with 3 other people. One is a male works at a think-tank at Stanford, another is a female works as an art therapist, and we are still looking for an occupant for the master bedroom. We are in our late 20s, and pretty friendly and easy to get along with. We are on an annual contract, but you are free to break the contract as long as you find a replacement. Our house is in a residential area so there's plenty of free parking. We have no gender preference. I also have more pictures of the house, but supost only lets me post 4 pics.
