Single or double room in co-op style house, available now - $700-$1200

I am looking for someone to take my spot in my house, in a lovely Co-op in Los Altos Hills called Idyllwild. The room is big and often has two people – if two of you take the room, the rent will be significantly cheaper (probably around $700, but TBD). It has a sink and if you need furniture, we have it.

We are hoping to find a graduate student or young professional but open to others as well. As a house, we share expenses, buy communal groceries, throw great parties (under normal circumstances anyway), and have an excellent hot tub. We're mostly Stanford people at the moment who have all graduated within the last few years.

We can schedule a virtual tour with those currently in the house before you move in so you can see what the whole house looks like.

I am flexible on dates - the lease runs until the end of August, but a shorter stay would be acceptable as well. A longer stay could also work if the lease is renewed.
