Single room available in 4bed/2ba midtown PA house

We are looking for a new roommate for our charming and cozy 4bed/2bath midtown Palo Alto house. The single bedroom is 11ft x 12ft and includes a small closet. You will be sharing a bathroom with two other people. We have a large and fully-furnished living/dining room area, as well as a spacious and fully-stocked kitchen. The house also has both a beautiful front and back yard with gardens and fruit trees aplenty. We have street parking in front of the house and convenient access to 101 for commuting or to Stanford University.

Current roommates consist of a current Stanford PhD student, a UCSF postdoc, two engineers (who are a couple in one bedroom) and two beautiful dogs. The house culture is quite dynamic and cooperative with a strong community feel, but with everybody very respectful of each other's need for space and privacy. We enjoy the outdoors, board game nights, and occasionally watching musicals together.

Preference for long-term (1yr+) renters. Note that utilities are not included in the price but tend to be ~$75-90 per month. The room is available immediately.
