Single room in Sharon Green, 11th Aug onwards (5 min to campus)

2 of us are looking for a third person, to live in an apartment in Sharon Green, starting 11th August 2017 (6-9 months lease). The apartment has a bedroom and a huge den (10ft by 12ft), and we are planning to convert the living room into a bedroom using wall dividers. So, 3 of us will have separate rooms (bedroom, den, living room) for $3600 per month i.e. $1200 per person per month + utilities. Attached the floor plan. Contact ASAP if interested.
