Small one-bed room in house near campus

We would like to rent a furnished room in our house in College Terrace - just one block from Stanford. College Terrace is a very pleasant neighborhood with a small library, grocery store, restaurants, a few shops and a train station within a mile.
The room is 10.5 ft X 13.5 foot and will rent for $1,000 a month. It’s furnished with a bed, bedside table, bookshelf and dresser. Utilities, internet access, linens, dishes and twice monthly house cleaning are included. It’s available for a 3 to 6 month period of time.
The room shares a bathroom with another rented room and does not have a private entrance. The renter will be welcome to use the kitchen, laundry room and living room. We have a very friendly lab.
The room would be available starting March 12th 2015.
