Hi there,
We are looking for a new bird for our Community house. We, that's a mix of joung professionals, startup heroes and hard studying students as well as a variety of short term guests from every kind and every part of the world.
From crypto virtuoso, book worm, dancing queen to wandering hippie, everybody is welcome to stay with us at our community house!
We are creative, friendly, driven, clean and committed to maintaining a household that fosters these ideals.
Close to downtown Palo Alto. The house is a beautiful 70's style Eichler that's centered around an open-air atrium with a retractable roof. There is a hot tub in the backyard, a picnic table, a barbecue and plenty of space to hang out or do your daily yoga exercise. There is a laundry room, a super comfortable living room filled with pillows and bean bags + a projector for movie nights.
The neighborhood is a quiet and safe area, filled with interesting art, nearby redwood trees and parks, yet a short walk to the garage where Hewlett Packard was founded. A public pool is just around the corner!
The room itself is a quiet corner room and comes with a closet, a desk as well as a mattress. In case you want to bring your own furniture - no problem - you can get the room furnished or unfurnished. A shared bathroom (+1 or 2) is located right next to the cozy corner room.
Available September 1st.
Deposit $500.
Rent $1600.
Utilities $150 (includes internet).
Preferred 6 months or longer, but if you have a cool story to share and are willing to contribute to the community with your flamboyant being - feel free to contact us as well.
If you are interested in staying with us, no need to write us a 2 page love letter, you fill out the fun application, found here: https://goo.gl/fLkZmB

Some airBnb reviews:
*Perfect for young dreamers, engineers, researchers to meet with inspiring people, enjoy the Silicon Valley start-up atmosphere. The hosts (and guests) are with great hospitality. The descriptions are accurate.
*J and the rest of the Love Nest crew made me feel super welcome, and included me in many community activities. It was truly a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful property. The open air feel of the house was the perfect way to experience life in California.
*Good times hanging out with some chill individuals. Different perspectives and creative uses of technology abound. Private space if you're feeling a bit insular. Rich energy -- would be down to stay again.
