Beautiful Community Living

Everyone in the house is very respectful and always respects quiet hours from 10pm-10am.
All costs are included in the rent (internet, water, electricity, toiletry, washing, kitchen, housekeeping stuff). So your only expenses are food.
The kitchen is huge and a good place for people who like to cook.
You will share a big room with 3 people. They share a wonderful bathroom (photo).

There are also bikes at the house, which can be lend.
The Stanford campus can be reached by bike within 20 minutes on a nice bike route.

We all share some responsibilities like small cleaning tasks, and two housemates have work trade arrangements to keep things clean. Feel free to kindly let them know if anything needs attention. If you happen to see a full trash or recycling bin, or drying rack or dishwasher, emptying them is always much appreciated. Bananas should be in refrigerators or ziploc bags to avoid fruit flies. Any maintenance requests just send to me.

You're welcome to use the fitness equipment; please clean up the space when done. The hottub is wonderful and should only be entered if you have showered first. Quiet hours are 10pm-10am.
