We are a group of recent Stanford alums and a current USF law student who live in a lovely 3 bedroom home in Glen Park. I'll add more photos of the house, but this is what the room looks like with our previous roommate's setup. We just had our new sub-letter drop out unexpectedly so the room is available starting August 21st.
Transportation:
- Street parking is some of the best in the city. You can always find a spot in front of the house, there is no time limit and street cleaning is only once every other week.
- We are about a 10-15 minute walk from Glen Park Bart (.7 miles)
Amenities:
- Washer and dryer in the house
- large living room w/ entertainment system
- Fully [we've got at least two of everything] equipped kitchen
- Room can come furnished with bed, small bookshelf, table, chair, curtains, etc if you like
- We've got a bit of a backyard and a balcony in the front
Considerations:
- We have a small dog
- We are a social house - not necessarily in the party sense, but we like to hang out as roommates (dinners, movies, occasional parties). We're a group of outgoing introverts :). So being a chill, social person is a plus.
- There are two shared bathrooms, one with a shower that are shared with two other people
- The closet is about 4' X 2'
