In addition, the apartment has two large outdoor decks, one covered and one with natural sunlight. Street parking is always easily available right outside the front door.

The available room is a very sizable shared bedroom with one other roommate and a central room divider for privacy.

This apartment is just 2 blocks from Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Pete's Coffee, Star Market, and the downtown square. It is a 5 minute walk to the Menlo Park Caltrain station, and less than 1.5 miles to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford Shopping Center, and Stanford University.

THE ROOMMATES
The current roommates (3) are female Stanford graduate students who are super easy and fun to live with!

Roommate Preferences: Female, early-20s to early-30s.

Utilities is not included but it's usually around $40 a month
