spacious bedroom with sunroom annex in charming menlo park complex

We have one bedroom available in our shared three bedroom menlo park apartment! The bedroom is quite large, and includes a cute little annex sunroom area, where previous roommates have put their bed! We also have a bunch of furniture available for sale for the room, if you are interested.

It's walking distance to campus (~20 minutes, the apartment is close to the bike bridge that goes through stanford west), a few blocks to safeway, coffee shop, etc.

The apartment is quite large, with lots of outdoor area: a front porch, and side yard type area that's great for grilling, etc. (We even have the BBQ!)

The roommates:

I am a 4th year graduate student at Stanford University, in the electrical engineering department, but I study neuroscience. My roommate Julia is also in neuroscience, but she works at a bay area startup.

We're looking to find someone for June 1st, preferably to sign a one year lease.

The rent is ~1350, although we haven't gotten an exact quote for how much the lease will be yet. We are assuming linear interpolation on previous years rent and what increases we've had in the past. Utilities + internet are around $50 each.
