• 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with double sinks and glass enclosed shower/tub
• walking distance from Caltrain and downtown Menlo Park, with restaurants and grocery stores; biking distance from Stanford
• Designated parking space in carport
• Modern kitchen appliances: dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric stove top and oven, built-in microwave
• Spacious shared living room area

Rent and Availability

• Available July 1 but flexible for earlier move-ins!
• 1 year commitment
• Rent is $1700 per month
• Utilities and internet about $100 per month
• One-time security deposit of $1400 upon move-in
