Spacious EV 1-bed apt available 7/16-10/02 (photos)

I am subletting my furnished 1-bed apt (500 square feet) in a low-rise building on Stanford campus from 7/16/2011 to 10/02/2011. You don't have to rent for the entire period. But I would hope the dates are approximate close. The rate is $1475 per month OBO + $55 community dues and a $200 refundable deposit (negotiable). The rent includes all utilities, internet, and land line phone service.
