Spacious private bedroom available in a 3BR/2BA apartment at Montecito Ave, Mountain View for about 5 weeks, starting December 23 up to Jan 25 2015.

Total amount you will spend for 5 weeks is $900. I will pay for all other utilities that'll be over $100. (discount!).
This bedroom has a shared bathroom with another room.

This is a large first floor unit, so we also have a small fenced side yard.
You can also use the living room with a couch and TV.

Kitchen with all amenities available. (dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven etc.)
Washer dryer available in adjacent unit.

The bedroom is furnished with a computer desk, chair, closet, drawers, side table and queen bed that are included in the rent. I can also provide dishes, utensils etc. if you need those.

You will share the large apartment with two other men in their early 20s, who work as professionals in the area. They are great roommates who are fun talking to.
The house doesn't have any dogs or cats.
