We have a large, fully furnished bedroom + private full bathroom available for rent in San Jose (at Santa Clara border, behind Valley Fair mall) in a 3BR/3Ba house.

The room is comfortably appointed with a queen bed, nightstands, easy chair, desk, bookshelf and roomy closet. Windows, with blinds for privacy on two sides, afford abundant natural light. The bathroom is clean and bright. Mini-fridge and two shelves available but minimal kitchen use preferred. Our spacious backyard has fruits in season and outdoor seating and tables. There is plentiful street parking in front of the house. All utilities are included.

Great location with easy access to all major freeways - 280, 680, 880, 101, 87. Convenient access to Safeway, Target, Sprouts, Peet’s, local shops, Santa Clara University (all within 2 miles). Santa Clara CalTrain is 2 miles away (10 min by local bus). Santana Row and Valley Fair Mall are less than1 mile away. San Jose Airport, Downtown San Jose, and Downtown Campbell are each within a 10 min drive. Santa Clara Valley Medical is 2.3 miles away.
