Hey!

We’re looking to add a respectful, friendly and overall awesome person to join our stunning San Mateo home, awesome for anyone looking to explore downtown and wanting easy access to places like San Francisco or San Jose, as we’re only 10-minutes away from the nearest Caltrain station!

Our spacious home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. Yet, we’re just a 7-minute drive to the hustle and bustle of downtown San Mateo, with so many incredible sights, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife to check out. Burlingame is also just a 5-minute drive away, where you’ll find even more great eateries, clothing stores, supermarkets, convenience stores, and more.

We have a really awesome and warm space here. There are beautiful hardwood floors and features in our spacious abode giving it a real cozy feel. We have a great kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances and built-in bar area. We also have another smaller kitchen in the downstairs unit as well. The common area/living spaces are all fully furnished, making move-in a breeze. The bedrooms are pretty roomy and accommodating as well.

We have a great garage in the home, so parking should be a non-issue. The star of the home is no-doubt our massive in-ground pool outback in our picturesque backyard!! The outdoor space is a total paradise to kick back and relax in or throw BBQs and entertain in.
