The two small bedrooms are occupied by my roommate (male) and I (female) who are young professionals. We work at Stanford in research, like to cook, are friendly, but we work long hours.
We are looking for one or two people who want a large private room and bathroom with a great location. It is well-suited for two people because it is a spacious master bedroom with two large closets, two sinks with lots of counter space, and a private adjoined bathroom.

January 1st lease renewal for 1 year, however move-in date is flexible and can be as soon as December 27th.

The unit was newly renovated last year and we have lived in it for one year. It had all brand new appliances when we moved in last January including a:
Dishwasher
Refrigerator with shared shelf, drawer, and freezer space.
Oven, Stove
Microwave
Deep, large kitchen sink
Lots of cabinet/drawer space.

2 parking spaces we share and lots of street parking (never had any issues with 4 cars last year)
