In downtown Palo Alto: Downing Lane between Forest and Homer; just 2 blocks off University Ave, can walk to groceries etc.

$1700/month, includes all utilities, wireless internet, and cleaning. Rate prorated to number of days you’re here. Also $150 security deposit returned to you if no damages etc.

Stanford affiliates preferred (visiting students, postdocs etc), but open to others. Clean, quiet, nonsmoker, no pets. Male or female both OK.
