Spacious Palo Alto 4BR / 2 BA house avail June

Hi folks:

We have a spacious and fully-furnished 4BR / 2 BA house available for sublet from June 8 thru mid-September. Most likely 3 of the 4 bedrooms will be available for sublet. Perfect for summer interns or start-up teams.

The house is a 8 minute drive to both Stanford campus and downtown Palo Alto, and a 5 minute drive to the 101. Details/Photos can be found below. If interested, please contact Lisa at heylisa@stanford.edu.

LOCATION: Bryant St and El Verano in Palo Alto (8mins south of Stanford campus)

PARKING: Street parking is fine in Palo Alto but we also have a driveway that can fit two cars.

ROOMS: It's a 4 bedroom house which probably only 3 bedrooms will be sublet. There's 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There's also an upstairs and downstairs living room and a dining room.

APPLIANCES: There's a washer/dryer and dishwasher. There's no AC but it stays cool on the lower level and also upstairs as long as you keep the blinds closed.

UTILITIES: Usually run around $120 per person per month. This includes water, electric, cable, security system, and Internet.

RENT: $1750/month per person

OUTDOORS: There's a backyard with outdoor seating and a grill. The gardener is included in rent.

UPKEEP: We have a great cleaning lady named Laura who comes once every three weeks and is $140 per visit ($35 per person).

AREA: Short walk/drive to Midtown Shopping Center (Safeway, Starbucks, CVS etc), Philz Coffee
