The room is perfect for UCLA students as it is very close to campus. House is in a very charming and safe neighborhood. Located in Westwood, near Beverly Hills. I have excellent history with UCLA students and all have greatly appreciated the space. It’s a very quiet and calm atmosphere perfect for studying. However, if not student also perfect space if need a relaxing place to stay. Location is perfect as it is in the heart of all the best restaurants and well known places to visit in LA.
